At Onic Wear, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days across India.

Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (where available; additional charges apply).

Remote and rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.

Express delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photographs. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping options may be added in the future.
