At Onic Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

The item is in its original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable'.

Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Items damaged due to misuse or improper care by the customer.

Innerwear, undergarments, or hygiene-sensitive products.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack the item securely and ship it to our address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour issues, subject to stock availability. Please contact us to check availability before initiating an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
